100% gluten-freeGluten-free fresh-food workshop and shop opened in 2013 in the San Mamolo area, a 15-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore (outside the ZTL): bread, pizza, piadine, tigelle, focaccia, tortellini, tagliatelle with ragù, lasagne and ready meals. Many products are on the Ministry of Health register and can be bought with coeliac vouchers.
No wheat, rye or barley flour ever enters the establishment.
