Establishment and form data is managed via Supabase (Supabase Inc.), whose infrastructure is hosted in the European Union.

Intellectual property

The structure of the site, its text, its visual identity and the verified compilation of addresses are the property of Nutrixe. The names, trademarks and information of the listed establishments belong to their respective owners. Any reproduction of the directory, in whole or in part, without authorisation, is prohibited.

Automated extraction of the site's data (scraping, harvesting, crawling bots), access via automated programs, and reuse of all or part of the directory to build a competing database are expressly prohibited.

Personal data

Nutrixe limits data collection to what is strictly necessary.

• Browsing. The site does not set any advertising cookies and uses no tracking or audience measurement tools. The map tiles are provided by OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap; loading them involves a technical request to those services.
• Forms. Information sent via "Report an error" and "Suggest an address" is recorded to process your request. Your email, optional, is only used to contact you back about it and is never used for any other purpose or shared with third parties.
• Newsletter and waitlist. If you sign up via the blog form, your email address is recorded by Nutrixe (data controller) based on your consent, for the sole purpose of sending you news about the directory and informing you of the mobile app's launch. It is hosted in France (Supabase, Paris region), is never shared with third parties or used for any other purpose, and is kept until you unsubscribe. Every email will include an unsubscribe link; you can also request deletion of your address at any time via the contact address above.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data. To exercise it, write to the contact address above.

The directory's information is carefully verified but provided for guidance only. It may change between two checks. It does not constitute medical advice and does not replace a direct conversation with the establishment on the day of your visit. If in doubt about your health, consult a professional.
