Nutrixe is a decision-support tool for food. These terms say what it does, what it does not do, and what each side commits to.

Scope

These terms govern use of the Nutrixe mobile app and the nutrixe.app website, published by Nutrixe (sole proprietorship, SIREN 981 307 440), 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. Using Nutrixe means accepting these terms.

Licence

Nutrixe grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app. The code, the visual identity and the verified compilation of addresses remain the property of Nutrixe.

What Nutrixe does — and its limits

Nutrixe reads a product's ingredient list and flags the likely presence of gluten. It also lists suitable venues, each verified by hand.

It is a decision-support tool, never medical advice. Recipes change, databases can lag, and a venue can change its practices overnight. If you have coeliac disease, always check the product label and ask the venue. Nutrixe cannot guarantee the absence of gluten or of cross-contamination.

Subscriptions

The scanner, the verdict and the map are free and unlimited. A Nutrixe Premium subscription unlocks offline mode, favourites, full history and themes.

It is offered monthly or yearly with automatic renewal, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price is shown in the app, in your currency, before any purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account on confirmation.

A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation happen in your Apple account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Your data

Nutrixe works without an account. Your history, favourites and settings stay on your phone. Details are in the privacy policy.

Contributions

Reports and address suggestions require a verified email address. You warrant that the information you send is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Nutrixe may verify, correct or reject it.

Acceptable use

Automated extraction of the data, rebuilding a competing directory from ours, and any attempt to disrupt the service are prohibited.

Liability

Nutrixe is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the full accuracy of third-party data (Open Food Facts, venue information), nor uninterrupted availability. We cannot be held liable for the consequences of a dietary decision taken on the sole basis of the app.

Changes

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published on this page, dated below.

Governing law

French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
