Senza Gluten

100% gluten-free

Senza Gluten, in Greenwich Village, was New York's very first 100% gluten-free Italian restaurant, opened in 2014. The menu features classic pasta, pizzas, lasagna, gnocchi and tiramisu reworked gluten-free, in a warm Tuscan-style setting with soft lighting. A neighborhood institution, distinct from the Senza Gluten by Jemiko brand created later by the same founder.

No wheat, rye or barley flour ever enters the establishment.
