Everything is gluten-free, organic, dairy-free and peanut-free: dishes, wraps and tacos on cassava tortillas, raw pizza, salads, smoothies, juices and desserts, plus take-away meals and classes.
No wheat, rye or barley flour ever enters the establishment.
