Gluten-free menuEl Publico, in Highgate, is a modern Mexican restaurant where nearly the whole menu (tacos, street corn, quesadillas, churros) is offered gluten-free, built on corn tortillas. That said, it's also a full-fledged bar serving beer, wine, and classic cocktails, and there's no official confirmation on its own site of a 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen.
