Scrumpy's Hard Cider Bar and Pub

Scrumpy's, a cider bar in Fort Collins' Old Town, converted its entire kitchen into a 100% gluten-free, celiac-safe zone (full cleaning, dedicated utensils, dedicated fryer): tenders, burgers, sandwiches, and even gluten-free waffles and brownies. Note, however, that the bar also serves regular wheat-based beer alongside cider and cocktails, so that's best reserved for non-celiac companions.

No wheat, rye or barley flour ever enters the establishment.
