Scrumpy's Hard Cider Bar and Pub
100% gluten-freeScrumpy's, a cider bar in Fort Collins' Old Town, converted its entire kitchen into a 100% gluten-free zone (full cleaning, dedicated utensils, dedicated fryer): tenders, burgers, sandwiches, and even gluten-free waffles and brownies. Note, however, that the bar also serves regular wheat-based beer alongside cider and cocktails, so that's best reserved for non-celiac companions.
No wheat, rye or barley flour ever enters the establishment.

Gluten-removed barley beer. Some beers sold as "gluten-free" are barley beers treated enzymatically. Tests cannot reliably measure their residual gluten: they are not recommended for people with celiac disease.
