Born in 2011 under the name "Senza Pensieri," this shop-bar-workshop in Zanè is a long-standing gluten-free landmark in the Vicenza area: pastries, bread, sandwiches, pizzas and bar service, including Friday specials, all designed for celiacs.

No wheat, rye or barley flour ever enters the establishment.
