Ajaccio's central market, on Place du Marché along Boulevard du Roi Jérôme, expands on Wednesday and Saturday mornings into a farmers' market (fruits and vegetables, cured meats, cheeses, preserves). A gluten-free pastry stall is reported several days a week, with biscuits, savory pastries, and chocolate muffins.
