It is certified gluten-free below 5 ppm by the Gluten Free Food Program, with a fully dedicated kitchen and staff. Pizzas, sandwiches, bagels, chicken nuggets, açaí bowls, desserts. Four sources agree: the official website, the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Las Vegas Weekly and the National Celiac Association. It is the address for a late-night meal, which is rare in our database.

Starburst Parlor, 2202 West Charleston Boulevard, is a café-bakery that makes everything in-house in a 100% gluten-free, no-added-sugar kitchen: bagels, pizzas, cinnamon rolls, made-to-order cakes, and a coffee bar with house-made syrups. The establishment is certified by the Gluten Free Food Program; the official website, Find Me Gluten Free and numerous Yelp and Google reviews confirm the dedicated kitchen.

The gluten- and grain-free café

Daré Vita Café, 8334 South Maryland Parkway, goes further than gluten-free: the shop is entirely grain-free — no wheat, barley, rye or oats — in a dedicated kitchen. That is decisive for people who cannot tolerate oats, even certified ones. Crêpes, wraps, muffins and brownies also come dairy-free and even vegan. Status confirmed by the official website and by a Find Me Gluten Free listing as dedicated.
