Canela Sin Gluten, avenue del Valle Fértil 73, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and delivers. The menu is broad for a 100% gluten-free establishment: empanadas, rabas, pizzas, meats, chicken, pasta, with desserts and ice cream available vegan. TripAdvisor, Facebook, PedidosYa and Abillion agree, and the TripAdvisor rating is 5/5. It’s the most complete address in town.

Frida Café-Restó is the other entirely gluten-free table, known for its pizzas and milanesas — two dishes a celiac rarely finds elsewhere — as well as its pasta and apple pie. Intimate dining room, heated terrace, 4.1/5 on Tripadvisor from about 140 reviews. A nearby fire affected the establishment in late January 2025; recent reviews confirm it’s still operating, but a call before you go costs nothing. A few reviews mention uneven service, unrelated to gluten-free safety.

Something sweet

Churros El Topo, avenue Arquitecto Jorge Bunge 25, is a shop entirely dedicated to gluten-free: churros, factures, chipa and doughnuts, all made with rice and cassava flour, all sin TACC. Find Me Gluten Free classes it as a dedicated bakery, and the establishment is noted for its cross-contamination controls. It’s the beach snack, with no trade-offs to make.
