Gelateria Rossetti, on the lakeshore, today presented under the Ross name as the successor to the Rossetti house, announces original artisan flavours — including a buckwheat cheesecake — that are entirely gluten-free, cones included. One nuance to know: the official site does not explicitly mention gluten-free. The establishment is announced as gluten-free by four consistent specialist directories (Find Me Gluten Free, con-gelato.it, atly.com, gluto.it), but we have no official source confirming it. Stringhetto - Frutta&Cioccolato, Via Cinque Giornate, is an artisan jam and chocolate shop that offers a gluten-free range: macarons, biscuits, jams.
