Cantina, at 1200 Broadway, run by the Crown Restaurant Group, offers modern Mexican cooking that is 100% gluten-free in a chic setting with a tequila bar. House tortillas and the whole menu prepared without any gluten-containing ingredient — confirmed by the official website, Find Me Gluten Free, Yelp (150 reviews) and OpenTable.

Cherbourg Cyprus, at 1804 Race Street, is a gluten-free and nut-free bakery blending French and Mediterranean influences: brioches, loukoumades, signature lemon bars, quiches and individual shakshuka, local ingredients, no unnecessary additives. It is the brand’s second location, born in Columbus; the official website, CityBeat, Yelp and Tripadvisor confirm it is dedicated.

The other two dedicated kitchens

The Arepa Place, at 1517 Springfield Pike, serves Venezuelan corn-flour arepas on an entirely gluten-free menu — fryer included, which is rare and precious — with vegetarian and soy-free options. Find Me Gluten Free lists it as a “Dedicated Gluten-Free Restaurant”, Yelp and Tripadvisor reviews concur.

BIBIBOP Asian Grill, at 7800 Montgomery Road, is the Asian bowl chain whose entire menu is certified gluten-free by the Gluten Intolerance Group: you build your bowl — rice, sweet potato noodles, proteins, vegetables, sauces — with no gluten-related risk. Nourish at be., at 1 Wyoming Ave in the Wyoming neighbourhood, is a wellness café opened in 2023: bowls, smoothies, boba, build-your-own bagel sandwiches, homemade pastries and weekend brunches. The official website states that “everything” there is gluten-free, dairy-free and peanut-free — no third-party certification to date, but confirmed by Yelp and Find Me Gluten Free.

Green Farm Juicery, at 9514 Kenwood Rd in Blue Ash, is a 100% gluten-free and dairy-free juice bar using organic ingredients: cold-pressed juices, plant milks, smoothies and bowls, with no preservatives. The owners confirm it themselves in the local press (Journal-News/Cox Ohio): “We are gluten free, dairy free and all organic”.

Whole Bowl, at 364 Ludlow Avenue, serves signature bowls — brown rice, beans, avocado, cheese, house sauces — made entirely of gluten-free ingredients, with corn tortilla chips and labelled macarons. Find Me Gluten Free and customers present it as dedicated, but our reading of the online menu found cookies (chocolate, oatmeal-raisin) with no “gluten-free” label next to the labelled items. Classed “identified menu” out of caution: the bowls yes, the cookies with a question.
