Lilac Pâtisserie, on State Street in Santa Barbara, is an entirely gluten-free pastry café founded by Gillian and Alam Muralles, named by USA Today among the top 10 artisan bakeries in North America. Eggs Benedict, Belgian waffles, fresh breads, and elegant pastries are prepared each morning in a dedicated kitchen, open daily until 3pm.

No wheat, rye or barley flour ever enters the establishment.
