Linden Organic
Wheat-free, uses oatsLinden Organic, in historic downtown Gilbert, is a 100% gluten-free, organic and plant-based juice bar, café and bakery. The menu offers cold-pressed juices, smoothies, organic coffee, waffles, toast, breakfast burritos, bowls and pastries. Oats on the menu (oatmeal in a smoothie, oat milk, granola): poorly tolerated by some people with coeliac disease.
No wheat, rye or barley, but oats are used on site: a risk for many people with coeliac disease.
Good to know if you have celiac disease
Contains oats. Oats not certified gluten-free are almost always contaminated with wheat during growing and milling. Even certified, their avenin protein is poorly tolerated by some people with celiac disease.
