Linden Organic, 7 East Palo Verde Street, in Gilbert’s historic downtown, is a juice bar, café and bakery all in one, 100% gluten-free, organic and vegan. The menu ranges from cold-pressed juices and smoothies to sandwiches, bowls and pastries, with precise labeling for those who must avoid grains other than wheat. Find Me Gluten Free, Yelp, HappyCow, the official Instagram and the house’s site all confirm the entire menu is gluten-free. It’s the only one of the three addresses for a real savory meal.
