100% gluten-freeFluffy Café, on Rue des Rois in Geneva, is the city's first brunch spot entirely dedicated to gluten-free soufflé pancakes and Japanese cheesecakes. Opened in 2025 by Soraya, who is herself gluten-intolerant, the café also serves sandwiches on homemade gluten-free bread and daily specials. A 100% gluten-free address that's warm and family-friendly.
No wheat, rye or barley flour ever enters the establishment.
