Wheat-free, uses oatsPlant-based restaurant in Victoria with an entirely gluten-free, dairy-free and processed-sugar-free kitchen, everything made from scratch: bowls, sandwiches, rice ramen, seasonal dishes. Oats on the menu (homemade oat milk), poorly tolerated by some people with coeliac disease; the drinks list also includes beers containing gluten.
No wheat, rye or barley, but oats are used on site: a risk for many people with coeliac disease.
Good to know if you have celiac disease
Gluten-removed barley beer. Some beers sold as "gluten-free" are barley beers treated enzymatically. Tests cannot reliably measure their residual gluten: they are not recommended for people with celiac disease.
Contains oats. Oats not certified gluten-free are almost always contaminated with wheat during growing and milling. Even certified, their avenin protein is poorly tolerated by some people with celiac disease.
