This location in Córdoba's Don Bosco neighborhood is the very first 100% gluten-free outlet of the Lo de Jacinto empanada chain: empanadas (eleven varieties), pizzas, pies, pasta, and desserts, all made in a facility that is itself entirely gluten-free. Gluten-free beer is also served on site.

No wheat, rye or barley flour ever enters the establishment.
