The two dedicated bakeries

Celicias Sin Gluten, facing the Plaza Evita, is entirely devoted to sin-TACC products: empanadas, breads, pre-baked pizza bases, in a production space free of cross-contamination. It’s a local landmark for the celiac community, confirmed by a specialized directory of sin-TACC bakeries and by active Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Panetteria sin TACC, Marcelo T. de Alvear 445, right in the center, is a 100% dedicated bakery-café: breads, pizzas, empanadas, pasta and pastries, with a seating area for coffee. One point of caution: beer is the only product we flag a risk on here — not all beers are gluten-free, so ask which one you’re being served rather than assuming the business’s status covers the drink.

The pizzeria

Napoli Sin Tacc, Pueyrredón 594, is a 100% gluten-free family pizzeria-restaurant, opened in April 2024 and presented as Salta’s first entirely gluten-free restaurant. It serves pizzas and regional dishes, rated 4.6 to 4.7/5 across several platforms. Five sources agree, including the daily El Tribuno and Restaurant Guru. It’s the address for a sit-down meal.

  • Say “Soy celíaco” or “Soy celíaca,” rather than “sin gluten”: it’s the word that triggers real precautions.
  • “Sin TACC” is Argentina’s official label (without wheat, oats, barley or rye). Two of Salta’s three addresses carry it in their name.
