Food Senza Glutine

A bakery-workshop entirely dedicated to gluten-free (and often dairy-free) baking near the Conad parking lots in Cervia: bread, focaccia, pastries, fresh pasta (tagliatelle, ravioli, strozzapreti), and a selection of specialty brands like Dr Schär, Farabella, and Rummo, plus a catering service for events.

No wheat, rye or barley flour ever enters the establishment.
