Arte Gastronómico is, according to several sources, the only establishment in Ushuaia entirely dedicated to gluten-free cooking, run by Ileana. It offers pizzas, alfajores, medialunas, and pastries, prepared solely for celiacs and diabetics.

No wheat, rye or barley flour ever enters the establishment.
